Buyer protection

Every order is reviewed by Olfex before buyer delivery. If an item fails review or materially differs from its listing, our team contacts the buyer before shipment.

Authentication on every order

Stripe processes payment at checkout. The seller then ships the item to Olfex, where we review observable authenticity signals, condition, and fill level against the listing before sending it to you.

If an item fails Authentication

If the item does not pass review, Olfex pauses fulfillment and contacts the buyer about the resolution, which may include cancellation and a refund. Items that fail review are not shipped to the buyer.

If an item materially differs from the listing

If the item does not match the listing in a meaningful way (for example, the wrong fill level or condition tier), Olfex pauses shipment and contacts the buyer to resolve the next steps.

Dispute window after delivery

If you receive the item and believe there is a problem (for example, damage in transit or something we missed), contact us promptly after delivery. We'll review the claim and the available resolution based on the circumstances.
